TEAM DUNAMIS, NIGERIA
Team Dunamis is a group of five graduates of Engineering and Business Management from Landmark University and Rivers State University in Nigeria. They are passionate about creating energy solutions, human-centered products and systems geared towards transforming their continent for the better. They aim to be a beacon for hope in their communities.
1.1 billion people are still reliant on unsustainable and unhealthy cooking and lighting methods due to energy poverty. This causes respiratory ailments, blurred vision, and a significant financial strain due to the daily purchase of fuels such as firewood, kerosene, and charcoal.
Ina Vibe is a solar-powered, insulated electric burner with a battery pack for charging and lighting. This enables you to cook, power, and light in a way that is sustainable, environmentally beneficial, and healthful.
Clean and affordable electricity for cooking, lighting and charging.
We believe that, if solar panel prices continue to fall, Solar Electric will be the future of cooking for the poor in a few decades. By insulation, we have made electric cook stoves more efficient, reduce heat loss, and lower power usage, making them far more inexpensive.
Our team consists of highly qualified and motivated professionals, who are all experts in their field. With many years of experience in the industry, they have the expertise to provide comprehensive, first-rate services to our clients.
The Ina' Project mainly supports the United Nation's 7th Sustainable Development goal (SDG).
"To ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all"
It aims to reduce energy poverty by producing Energy (heat for cooking as well as electricity) in a clean and very sustainable way. It harnesses ignored energy lost to heat via thermoelectricity
It reduces the carbon foot print of families and food vendors across Nigeria. Providing an alternative to kerosene and petrol generators used to produce power.
It produces clean light from energy saving lamps, reducing vision and respiratory illness caused by dim kerosene lamp lights and smokes respectively
It saves income previously spent on lighting which is about $2 daily. This can now be saved or spent on family and business.
